I am *considering* lowering the trivial on inferno scepter, as I do not want any vendor only paths to 300. While this particular one is rather expensive, it still is a vendor only path.

Well with a new route coming for tailoring I just want to say 1 thing:
If it in any way shape or form drops from a creature that looks even remotely like a hairy rodent ( see: othmir & holgresh) I might loose my mind. Infact I might go as far as to say it shouldnt involve fur at all.
Cuss Ive killed more then my share of hairy rodents in the hist0ory of EQ.Note: Due to a hand injury caused by a friend throwing a broken scissor into my hand my typing = crap. So dotn be so critical.

While they certainly are not the ONLY NPC's that will drop it, not in the least, really a small fraction of the possible NPC's, they will be one of the ones that do drop it.Originally posted by paalrh View PostWell with a new route coming for tailoring I just want to say 1 thing:

Yes, it is supposed to be done this month. I believe the exact quote was, "late August". As this is mid-month, we are approaching late August, but we ain't there yet, folks.Originally posted by greblhad View PostIs this the patch with the new cultural recipes? IIRC it was to be in Aug.
Additionally, Ngreth has made reference to being a week behind. (I believe this is in reference to his work on the next expansion.) Would the person that keeps hitting da ogre with the Timelapse proccing weapon please stop.Last edited by gggrant; 08-17-2007, 05:30 PM.

Assuming that Ngreth follows the current pattern of making them global drops on appropriate level/type mobs, they should be "soloable" in that a single player can engage them. How successful that solo engagement will be remains to be seen.Originally posted by sildyan View PostAre the drops for the SoF's level 80 cultural gear going to have to be groupable like the GM drops where or will people be able to solo them?

95th Dreadlord, Povar-Quellious, 300 Ogre Grand Master Smith, 300 all skills
(glad the climb to 300 is finally over)
Zopharr
95th Priest of Brell, Povar-Quellious, 300 Dwarven Grand Master Smith, 300 all skills
(holds his 15% smithing trophy in his off hand and pretends to dual-wield - and hopes the Holy Dirt of Brell he's carried for twelve years will have a use in the new expansion)
Rishathra
95th Shaman of Inny, Povar-Quellious, 300 Troll Grand Master Smith
(got so tired of looking for a troll smith for armor that I made one)
Marzanna
95th Necromancer, Povar-Quellious, 300 Tinker - Tailor
(still working on Solder, Spy)

The drops will be on appropriate level NPC's
Because it is level 80... it will be fairly high level NPC's which you mostly find in current end zones and much of SoF. Some of these mobs are rather tough... so "soloability" will depend on your gear, class, and ability
But it will not require a group to engage in general (of course instance zones still require 3 person minimum group), it just may require a group to survive
