      - Filter option to filter out other's trade skill combine messages ( or allow u to filter to a window diffrent than your own skills)

      - Filter option to seperate forage, bind wound, FD messages from trade skill combines to diffrent windows
      • Have considered both of these, but they are a code change, not work by me

      - Remove the no Trade on Trader satchel
      • No. I will not give away infinite free 100% weight reducing bags. No way no how. Not even temporary ones. I will leave that to Mages and Shaman.

      - Bind in GH?
      • No. The guild hall is an instance. If an instance is empty it goes away. We cannot afford to leave an instance running for every guild in the game. The gate will fail if the instance is not up because it takes up to 30 seconds (usually much less) for an instance to be created.

      - Trade skill armor with 3 aug slots one each of a 7, 8, 9
      • Items guy would come and kill me for making something so imbalanced.

      - NEW and improved Signit of the Arcane Quest! and this time, give us a challenge i dare u... That quest took many months ... not days
Artisin charm = nice but easy, wonderlust = fun for 3 days
i WANT SOME KIND OF epic 1.0 1.5, 2.0 multi Trade skill Only quest
++ start with the BiC 1 though 10, add a good helping of Aid Grimel, add a few Epic 1.5 fights, the 10th ring war, and 8th shawl run, a dash of Raster, 3 cups of Monster missons and a head of Xanthe's Cabbage, and mix it all in your Brewmaster's Mug with a Wooden spoon for 2 days, let simmer on a gnomish geat source for 6 weeks while u work on making the place settings, then when done pore it in a pan big enough to hold all this and spred evenly with your Denmothers Rolling Pin, let cool in velks for 3 days and beet with your Blacksmith's Adamantine Hammer ocasionaly to keep it from turning in to a single block of ice, once cooled, inspect it with your Intricate Jewelers Glass for inperfections, and remove them with your Phylactery and then use your Fletcher's Arrow to cut shapes in it and place it on crystal palladium place settings (that you made earlier), garnish with a giant halibut and have some soothing music in the background (that you composed and recorded) while u ware special gloves you made. and serve all that up to all the hard core trade skillers. and THEN let it evolve from their, ...7 ranks to its final form, a item of witch would be So usefull and bad ass and have a totaly unique look and title no one would ever dream of replacing it, ever under any situation (it would even count as an unbreakable fishing pole)
PS. yes make it so usefull that EVERYONE in the game has wet dreams about finaly owning it ... but most only will say ... im not guna starting THAT!! its too hard ::Wah / Cry / pout :: ... unless they where a hard core trade skiller... like myself, that enjoys a good chalenge
hopfully this could keep a few people bussy for atleast 6 months.
      • who knows. Maybe some day. But no matter what you say. if it is something *everyone* wants, then you will get raid guilds monopolizing drops, even zones.
Of course most anything is subject to change. And yes I did not comment some things in there because I am not prepared to comment on some of it.

          I have a simple wish.
Correct the insufficient and unbalanced items from DON cultural tailoring.
I want to make gm armor for my drakkin Necro to use.
I don't really want to use GM armor for skilling UP my tailoring, I just want enough to make a full set of SILK armor for her without it costing 300K... it takes twice as many silk drops to make a piece of armor in DON... and then there's the whole droprate that is 1/100th that of the MDS.

Trader satchels are the 25.4 weight 0% WR bags you buy from Merchant Tekrama for a gold and change; they're the ones you use to hold stuff you want to sell in the bazaar. If those could be made tradable, it would become a lot simpler to pass around bags of items. Their weight makes them impractical for use, other than as bank bags or for trades in the bazaar.

True the trader statchel is not practical for everyday use. 10 slot deluxe tool box is much lighter. I usually use them just for the bank slots and my mules to hold extra.

But I'd like the no trade tag killed as well. SoI don't have to give up my toolbox when giving someone a large number of items in a single bag.

The only 10 slots 100% WR bags that can be bought in unlimited amount costs about 5k plats and the vendor is not easy to find for first time customer.

Ah. Confused it with the ones from the Trophies

With the correction then I have no comment (no decision either way)

                        My Wish List:

#1 ~ Some items other than food, drink, crack and healing potion that most of the MID geared people on the server might want. Omens armor for example was great, but its hard to turn a small profit with it anymore, if you can find supplies to make it these days, as there is not much of a market left due to the TSS quested armors. Maybe something for slots like shoulders or face?

#2 ~ More tradeskilling quests for the non-raid ho community. Most tradeskill junkies end up spending more time skilling, fishing and farming than raiding after all. I've really enjoyed the last ones, and would love to do more, and seriously doub't Ill ever get backflagged to do the PoP ones.

#3 ~ Tool Bank: How about a special tradeskill bank space that only stores tools that have been tagged for the tool bank. Maybe even if its just for those poor folks on Fironia Vie, who don't have the option of 8 alts to shove stuff on.

Or Alternately, a few different tool kits as a quested task like,

Turn in the following items to get your Smith's Tool Kit:
                        Turn in Chisel
                        Turn in Smithing Hammer
                        Turn in File
                        Turn in Velium Smithing Hammer
                        Turn in Combine Smithing Hammer

Receive Smithing Toolkit, which would be used in all the combines that normally use those tools.

                        Baking Toolkit:
                        Turn in Dairy Spoon.
                        Turn in Pie Tin.
                        Turn in Bread Tin.
                        Turn in Frying Pan.
                        Turn in Wok.
                        Turn in Filleting Knife.
                        Turn in Pot.
                        Turn in Smoker.
                        Turn in Skewers.
                        Turn in Cake Round.
                        etc.

Receive Baker's Toolkit, used in the recipies that use the other tools now?
Maybe an oven kit for baking items and skip the dairy spoon?

I dunno how fesiable that would be, but maybe it will spark a better idea

#4 ~ Having recipies you learned be stored on the chat server with your friends list, so when you come home to the smell of melting plastic you don't have to look up everything for months on end again

#5 ~ Some racial food or drink with a long endurance. I miss giving gnomes who run out of food gnome keobobs, but if I try to carry them around on my cleric my pony eats them all, greedy little sod that he is. I'd also be happy with cookie cutters for all the playable races.
*Hands the hungry Drakkin a stack of Drakkin Shaped Cookies.*
<-- used to twink the halflings in nek forest with Animal Shaped Cookies for the newbie toons back in the day. =D

That's all I can think of at the moment.
Thanks for all your time reading posts Ngreth!

I would like to see continuation of older things with newer recipes and more power.

For example, OOW augments. Add a new inlay that has a higher trivial that would give you a VI augment.

Add a new hide/scales/silk to make better GM armor for the higher levels.

                          Things like that.

not feasible as proposed I have commented on that many times, it is on these boards (not berating... just explaining why I am not going into detail on the answer)
#4 ~ Having recipies you learned be stored on the chat server with your friends list, so when you come home to the smell of melting plastic you don't have to look up everything for months on end again
recipes you have LEARNED are stored on the game server.
recipes you have added to favorites are on the client, and will likely stay that way. We don't need to use up even more storage space per character You can periodically backup your UI settings file for the character.

That's all I can think of at the moment.

hehe I feel kinda like a heretic here.

But are you sure Ngreth? Cuss im pretty sure when my comp crashed and I reinnstalled eq Im pretty sure I had to manually redo some of my old combines before they showed up when searching trough the spesific trivials.

then again I might have just forgot to put a minimum trivial and somehow thye wouldnt get shown... or something.
