A druid leave felwith heading west with Spirit of Cheetah, at the same time a Ranger leaves butcherblock heading east, dragged by a rogue with Spirit of Wolf. Assuming no lag, what location will the druid find the ranger's corpse?

Why would any druid bother to find a ranger corpse???

Come on, no 3-year-old is going to be able to answer, "What's 7 - 18?", and I would HOPE all of you ... well... Hmmm, I'm not going to be able to finish this post without offending someone, am I?

On a lighter (and totally derailing) note, my son just rode his bike without training wheels this week for the first time.

I planted a little sister (13 and 16) who was visiting me during spring break on my box with my space and msn messenger up in windows and told them they could chat as long as they clicked the forage button every time it greys out. Had to yell "click it" from the other room for the first half hour, but now I have plenty of emerald oranges, lol.

We without kids or little visiting sisters, what should we do?

Tessera - seriously contemplating training one of her cats to press the forage button. Hey, Nardo nukes things every now and then, a forage button should be easy...

If I can learn to 'chanter I am morally certain I can teach my dog to hit the forage key. When we first got our dachshund (Kaiser) I was learning the really esoteric part of 2 boxxing enchanter, Squeaky.

I took a picture of the puppy balanced precariously at the keyboard with a screen shot of a group wipe and posted it as an explanation as to my inability to deal with adds. It was easy enough to blame the dog for mistakes I figured.

                However...

About 2 weeks later I was having a rough day. Couldn't mez anything, was getting "behind the curve" on setting up adds for the tank to break, etc. Four or five deaths later the group leader asked:

"Is that Kaiser or you playing today?"
                "Its me," I said testily.
"Oh," she said, "We voted and we think we'd like Kaiser back."

what i do sometimes when i have a lot of combines to make is make a /autoinventory hotkey. That way u can click combine then press a keyboard button to autoinventory. This eliminates having to actually move the mouse off the combine button

My EQ-fixated cat Nardo has actually, at several occasions, nuked mobs by walking across the keyboard. Usually mobs I did NOT want nuked, and that the people in group/raid definetly didn't want nuked either... I think I should try teaching him how to forage.

That's a good idea, I'll have to do that next time I'm making stacks and stacks of the same item over and over.

This is not necessary. All the containers have auto inventory button. Once you do a combine, you just need to click on it. I don't see a need for this.

It lets you do half the clicks with your other hand.

It prevents you from having to move your cursor off the combine button... thereby saving yourself a few tiny minute hand movements. (at least for me since I use a trackball mouse) after combining 3 or 4 thousand CE's the tendons in my right hand start to ache.

Ok! I confess... I trade tribute-Sickels to my guildmates for stacks of CE's.
I give myself CTS with other sub-combines now.

/autoinventory key lets me close my eyes or watch TV as I combine.

Click right, count 1..2..3.. click left, count 1..2..3.. click right..
Check every 5 clicks to make sure your cursor hasn't moved off the combine button.

I've been doing this for a while -- but I actually have 2 hotkeys, 1 which does 1 /autoinv, and one that does 2 with a small pause (for combines where you have a tool returned along with the combine).

I'd still love something along the lines of what WoW does for multi-combines though....

One step further... If you've got a laser mouse, you can put masking tape over the laser led, then you're free to move the mouse around without the cursor comming off the 'combine' button. Then if your mouse & keyboard are wireless, you can combine and autoinventory from across the room while watching TV/whatever.
