I forgot to mention the 50-60 coiled springs I have, and the 50ish ball bearings I have.

I have found 1 bubonian, 1 nightmare memphit, and countless Diaku Blood. Of course, I believe that Diaku blood is worthless. Nobody buying it for 10p. And a consistant supply of Essence of Sunlight and Windstones. (1-2 of each every few days)

Oh, and there seemed to be a veritable cornucopia (like that one?) of Scorpion Meat in PoK yesterday. What's up with that?!?

Actually is there a new meat vendor in PoK?

Scorpion is a vendor sold meat, likely someone was getting rid of extra they accidentially bought or had no use for.

I have almost bought a few stacks of scorpion when I was about to make grobbs, they all look the same to me.

Since I started Vendor Mining a few months ago, I found:

Metallic liquid (only one on two different occasions).

Black Sapphires (seem to be rare in the bazaar on my server)

5 stacks of spider silk (yes spider silk!)

I don't even bother to buy velious quest gems from vendors anymore, it is hard to find a vendor who DOESN'T have some.

The exception are crushed flame emeralds...I found 20 of them on a vendor once. Bought for like 30pp each, sold for about 500 each.

I haven't done any mining recently, but at lower levels I always loved to find spiderling silks (about 100 at the most once), spider silks, quality pelts, etc..

I think my largest find was a stack and a halfo of HQ bear skins (bought from the merchant for 30PP).

Lets say I was an ecstatic level 10 Rogue at the time..

Occasionaly I do find some good things, and now I've actualy started to do my "circle" searching for components (started looking for zombie skins, but I get a lot more) from WFP, EC, WC, (though EC), NRo, Oasis, EFP.
Hit those zones and I usualy end up with a stack or two of spide / spiderling silks, 20-30 quality pelts, stack of zombie skins, misc. poison components (not including spider / snake venom sacks), silk swatches, and a few other useful items.
Luckily, with the consistancy of the servers being reset (or unluckily?) the merchant's lists hav e been quite low so no mining has been required.. (yet)

I love Vendor Farming! Guildies look at me funny when I do it, but it's paid off for me in the long run (and has helped me finance my tailoring).

Best single item I have found from a cost to buy/price to resell viewpoint:

Torpor, for about 30PP in Skyshrine

Beyond that, I have found every single thing I have ever wanted for various tradeskills, at one point or another, on vendors. I do a check of vendors in PoT every other day or so, hit the vendor in PoV, some other random ones.

Wish I could find a use for Diaku blood, stopped collecting it. Been pretty lucky with Blue Diamonds recently, and tons of various baking items from the planes for my wife.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Tae Ew Blood Vials on a vendor for 227pp or so. I ran as fast as I could to the bank, and walked away with 5 vials. Market value is about 10,000pp each.

My latest and greatest find....(drum roll)

A stack-and-a-half of Brownie Parts in Butcherblock for 7sp each. This is the second time I've made a Brownie Parts find, and I couldn't be happier!
I think these will become White Chocolate....
