New type 12 aug's

I thought I heard in the last dev chat that with the new
expansion players will be able to make type 12 augs to place in their
DON culture armor..

1) Is this true?

2) Has anyone made any? and how did they do it?..

I thought I also heard it would take high skills in more than 1
trade skill.. I.E. 1st ya might need to do so high level tailoring,
then take the result and do high level smithing...

no-one has made on on live yet, and on Beta ALL of the parts were supplied... even parts that have to be made, so a few were made on beta.
