Or was it velious?

Wouldnt you need luclin or velious then to buy aa?

Another gameplay addition is the alternate experience which will continue to make the game interesting for higher level characters (over level 51). You get new abilities that you can use to help customize your character even further. You have the option to put all of your experience into the advance pool or just a little if you'd like. There are general skills, class based skills and archetypal skills.

Planes of Power introduced multiples over 200 (end game quest result was Aid Grimmel where you are supposed to have 220 min to try the combines in every tradeskill) That's where the Taanan crafting mastery AA's came from too. Anything with "Taanan" in the name refers to the Plane of Knowledge. Anyone can access PoK, but when the expansion was new, it was restricted. In fact some combines still require you to make them on a PoK loom or in a Taanan container (or colapsable gnome made container, as that recipe was also Plane of Power and requires a drop from the Plane of Innovation to make them)

The cap as of Omens of War is 300 on Tradeskills, but many items still have trivals over 300. If you have a modifier like a geerlok, grandmaster trophy, dropped item like Gauntlet of Dark Embers, your skill Modifed can go over that number. For example, my current smithing skill is 262, but I have the 15% modifier gauntlets. When I equip them, my skill shows as 301. I haven't done the math to figure out what I will cap at when I get to 300. In the past, I wasn't able to go beyond 252 modified even with the gloves on which would have taken me higher. I am not sure how high I can go modifed atm, but I think it is higher than 303.
