Well, here's what I've been using for my monk (magelo here). Normal WIS is 132, but I manage to hit 255 using this gear in place of what's in the Magelo: Qeynos Afternoon Tea (force yourself to drink non-magical drinks occasionally so you don't consume the stat drink) for +5, Crystal Covered Shroud for +4, Jasper Gold Earring +3, Earring of the Darkfaith +4, Platinum Jasper Ring +6, Gatorscale Leggings +4, Coldain Skin Gloves +6, Othmir Cap +6, Acrylia Studded Mask +2 (vs my usual mask), Chitinous Belt +5, Repugnant Leather Boots +1 (compared to regular boots), Acrylia Studded Cloak +10, Gilded Brooch of the North +4, Ceremonial Hate Candle +8, Festive Doll +15, Bracelet of Sense +15. I don't use stat food because my charm gives me +10 wis as long as I stay hungry. That's +98 for 230, then I top it off with KEI for +25 or VoQ for +28 wis. None of this gear was very expensive; it was either cheap in the bazaar, or it was gear I had already (e.g., having upgraded past it, or borrowing it from my druid alt).

If you belong to a guild, there's a very useful trick you can use: buff timers stop in the Guild Hall, and all the stationary TS containers are in there, so you can hang out and not run down your KEI. Not only that, a bard in my guild kept saying she could give me a +70 wis buff. I never managed to find her on when I was doing TS, though, and I don't know what the effect is called. (I don't see such a spell listed on Allakhazam.) But it does seem to be true that bard effects also have their timers stopped in the Guild Hall, so if there is such a buff you can get it cast on you there and it'll last forever (as long as you use a different character to go out and buy ingredients).
