All of the final pieces are INTENDED to be ATUNABLE.. so you can make it for others.
there may posibly be a few bugs along the way where something was not made atunable, but is instead ND... just report it as a bug to SOE and here and together I am sure we can get it fixed.
NOTE this applies to the armor pieces, the symbols, and the water.
I don't expect any of the sub-parts to be ND either, but it is posible some may be. It is MORE important that the final parts be Tradeable, and they are
