  • Augment Tables for OoW

I've put together a bit of information on the augments, based on posts here. Can anyone fill in any gaps and/or make corrections? (Sorry for the formatting...couldn't figure out how to make lines to separate the rows/columns.)

    Jewelcraft
    Polished, trivial 296
    Brilliant Cut, trivial 327
    Radiant Cut, trivial 351

    Alchemy or Poison Making
XXXX of Minor XXXX, trivial 327
    XXXX of XXXX, trivial 296
XXXX of Pure XXXX, trivial 327

Edit: Removed success rate table for a couple of reasons. First, the trivials for alchemy changed to match poison making (thanks, Verdandi for making that change). Second, I personally feel that augments are coded specifically to have a much lower success rate than normal. I am usually loathe to say something like that without a lot of evidence, but the true rates that people are experiencing (50-60% when they SHOULD have 95%) suggests that this is the case. For now, I will just say that, at 300, both 296 and 327 SHOULD HAVE a 95% rate.

Citrine base is +2 damage shield (shoulder only if interested)

edit: Polished is also +2 damage shield, so it should be +2, +2, +4, 6

Are you sure, Jarak? The ones that are in the table as I or II are straight from posts here on the boards. (Like Cleave...I, II, and III.)

Cleave is not a focus effect though. Cleave give you a chance to crit. He's talking about Improved damage, improved healing, burning affliction type of focus effects.

If that trend is consistent among all focus effects, then the pure improved healing should be V and not IV.

For secendary effects it seems to be white gold inlay is +1 and black gold inlay is +2. So, because the combat etchings are base 1, white is 2 and black is 3.(Cleave I, II, III; same with fero). Spell casting focus has a base of 3, so it's 4 and 5 with inlays. Haste has base 20%, so it is 30 and 40 with inlays. Etc, this appears to be the pattern. Until we see them all made, it's not set in stone.

For healing, the "normal" version (ie white inlay) appears to be IV, based on this lucy entry for Radiant Mossflow of Healing.

                Great table

As an enhancement, might want to add slot restrictions.

                The ones posted on this board so far are;

                Apatite - Neck
                Bloodflow Stone - not known
                Boneflow Stone - not known

Originally, all the base stones where the same stats as the polished. I know I did a feedback during beta to have values changed to reflect the risk in polishing them.

                        beta: 4,4,8,12
                        live: 4,6,8,12

It seems that the Citrine may have been upped from the base 1,1,2,3, probably to 2,2,4,6.

the missing Haste is 30%, in all the formating problems I had I must of copied over that.

Also note that there are 2 kinds of augs. Flowstones and gems, all flowstones have that in their name. All the gems use a different acid/resin than flowstones, thats why I seperated them in the tables.

Is it possible to add trivial numbers to the list? I am most interested in finding out if Make Poison and Alchemy share the same trivials (since their skill caps are different).

                            I'd add it if:

                            1) I knew what they were. So far, I've just accumulated data from various posts. The trivials are probably there, but I pretty much just saw a high number and ignored it (since I'm a BST and can't do the Alchemy/Poison combines, anyway...and I have a 250/Trophy in JC...so I can't get any better.) I'll work on gathering this.

                            2) They are all standard (ie - all Radiants are 351, all Brilliants are 327, etc.) so they will fit in the header. Otherwise, not sure how to add them to the tables, as they would have to be in each cell.

Edit: Went back and looked over the submission section. The trivials seem standardized, so I added them above the tables. The are NOT confirmed for the most part. There were only about 15 total trivial submissions that I saw.

Should be noted the new improved/enhanced/etc values:
