I have been gone from the game for awhile and I mostly solo.
I have very erratic play times, and as such, I have a paladin, and an SK that I solo with.
I'm wanting to express the tradesmen in me, and as such, I'm looking for a good blend that will allow me to do most skills with as little pain as possible.
I'm thinking a gnome - since they can tinker which is pretty neat and useful.
Is there a concensus on these things, or are there any pros or cons? Since both of my other chars are armor wearers, maybe I should pick a race/class that can make decent armor for them? (BTW the paly is a Tunarean Halfelf and the ShadowKnight is a darkelf) not sure if there *is* a race that would benefit both of them.
Anyway, I'm pretty new to trades, so that's why I can't be any more specific. Sorry if these questions have been covered - I didn't see any threads quite like this.
