6 to 10pp on Lanys. At 6, I can't keep them on my trader - no matter how many stacks I make, they are all gone within 24 hours and often within just a couple. There seems to be a very steady market for these.

        GLM price on E'CI

I was selling these for 7 PP each when I skilled up on them, now I am going to make a batch of 2,000 ( Yes you read correctly ) and I will sell them at 10 PP each. Posting 2000 GLM at this price is MY FAIR PRICE for the insane time spent and I will wait a month to sell them if I have to because they are a pain in the arse to make. I made halas meat pies and sold those for 10 PP each , heady kiola I sell at 6 and viscous mana at 12 PP . I do not think twice at buying MTP or Qtea from another player because they spent TIME making that stuff. I have the time and I do not understand price wars , if you notice all GLM eventually sell , I am never that desperate for money , when I brew these though I make a ton so I do not have to feel the pain again for a very very long time. Maybe others will stop selling their ass on the street for $10.00, I am a high priced $1,000 escort thank you very much.

          GLM Prices

Since I do not have DSL/Cable access where I live in Italy, I do not have the luxury of being able to leave a mule logged in all night in the bazaar. So, to avoid undercutting I simply go to the bazaar and check the prices on the wares I am peddling, set my prices at the average of the bazaar prices (unless they are too high, saw a guy selling QAT for 100pp each the other day), and then I bounce back and forth between PoK and Nexus selling via /auction.

If no one is selling a particular item in the bazaar, I usually sell for the following prices:

GLM - 10pp each or 150pp per stack
QAT - 15pp each or 250pp per stack
          Armor Dye - 45pp each

I usually do quite well this way because my customer base is comprised primarily of peeps who are just passing through Nexus and/or PoK. They see my /auction and grab a few items before moving on to their final destination. By doing this I also don't have to worry about bazaar competition since most peeps don't run to the bazaar to compare my prices. If they do, they will find my prices competitve since I actually charge a bit more than the lowest bazaar price.

A couple weeks ago I sold around 6,000pp worth of GLM and QAT in one shot to a guy who was buying for a raid his guild was gathering for in PoK. If I remember correctly, I sold the GLMs for 10pp each and the QAT for 15pp each. The guy didn't even ask for a discount, which was surprising.

Logged on after the patch yesterday and whipped up a few stacks of GMLs for the Bazaar at 8p per. Someone quickly set up shop with twice as many at 6.5p per. Annoying, but I figured they'd sell out, and by evening, I could start moving them. Then a few hours later, a couple more people, with a combined total twice that of the 6.5p person set up shop at 5p per.

            AUGH!

Its at this point that I started to consider dropping the price down to 2p per and either selling my entire stock and swearing off of GMLs for the time being, or being a total jerk about the whole thing, whipping up dozens of stacks of them and consistently selling at 2p just to annoy the 5p people.

Yes, I'm rather irritated right now.

Was about 5-7 on the nameless when I first hit gm a month or 2 ago, I sold for 5 for a while, always sold everything I had, but got tired of making them. Took a break for a bit, prices are back up to 8 - 12, so I decided to get back in and make a few, help fund other tradeskills.

I just got to the point where I can make GLMs realiably (188+geerlok). I started selling them at 4pp each because I didn't know any better. I ran to the bazaar (I usually don't sell in the bazaar, I /auc in PoK or Nexus) and saw prices ranging from 5 to 9pp each. I raised mine up to 5pp each and have been selling them in quantity ever since. Was considering raising the bar to 6p a piece with discounts for whole stacks, but I'll have to do a few test /aucs to see what kind of response I get before I make that my standard price.

Gotta give props to GLMs for their reliability in moving off the shelves though. For the first time since I've been playing this game (slightly pre-kunark) I have >1k in the bank. This is the first profit item I have delved into and I have been pretty happy so far.

I've just started moving my brewing up. (had to recover from the baking run up to 250). I made a small batch of GLM to see what kind of success I'd have at 188 and I price mine at 8pp each. I moved 1 stack almost instantly and I've still got about 45 more in the bag. I can wait if they don't sell instantly. I'd rather take my time on brewing and make some cash along the way. Besides I don't have the 3rd AA point yet to take brewing to 250 so it's kind of pointless to power brew up.

Each drink costing 1.5 may be a bit low. That's a lotta mandrakes in there.

The GLM are 7-10pp on my server, depending on who's trying to trash the competition. Good lord, I wish I could get 20 to 50pp! Still like brewing better than baking though; seems to be that I sell GLM slower than baked goods, but for higher prices, so that's more than fine with me. I need to do less clcking to get the same return.

Heh, it's more a symptom of being a "casual player". Having played for so long and only being level 43 should tell ya something. =) No alts or anything like that. This is my one-and-only character. The money thing stems from that. I only play a few times a week for 2 or 3 hours in a stint. Because I limit my play time (Eq is great, but I'd rather play with my kid) when I do play I like to group up and go smash stuff for the "instant gratification" factor. This leaves little time for farming or cash building. Tradeskilling has always been my "downtime hobby". If none of my regular hunting partners are around, I'd work on skilling. I just recently (with the GLMs) turned that hobby profitable. =)

As a side note, GLMs have purchased me a Black Acrylia Halberd, a FBSS, and the bones for a Fisherman's Companion over the last couple days. =D I'm a happy camper.

Just made a batch for the guild, I no longer make to sell in bazaar.

Anyhow, I put a few stacks that were extra up on trader at 5pp last night, and they were gone in the 10 minutes I was watching before going to bed.

I'd say GLM market needs a few more on Brell right now, if you want to make a buck, seems not many are selling.

On Sol Ro, the demand seems to fluctuate wildly. I've literally seen someone with a low ball price sit there for hours on end with no changes (since I sell them sometimes, I've gotten in the habit of checking prices and quantities when I pass through the Bazaar) in volume, and I've seen (and sold myself) higher priced vendors cleaned out in a matter of an hour or so.

I think the oddest thing I've seen, though, is something I ran into the other day. When I came back to my computer, someone had purchased 5 GMLs from me, but had purchased each one individually.

Well quellious has been taked for the moment on GLM's. A price war started and they are selling for 4.5 now. I'll pass on them until that little war is over (or until those power-skill-leveling get done).
