some items always have a value or use even if you haven't found it yet, or believe it worth your time to turn it in.
Look as the old LDON timeperiod quests for newbies with older guilds...think some stuff can be turned in for exps and turned into armor or some sort for those classes...
Then again...salvaging stacks of that stuff might lead to a stack of crap or something else.
It might have a use to someone...if it's not you, it's someone else's treasure...still over 3000 things or so who's uses no one's figured out how to use yet...so they said...
