GUKTA - now those smelly trolls have been kicked out. Everything is in the one zone - all except water is in the pub, the water is a 20s walk round a curner.

      Halas is OK,

Highkeep is by far the best... everything is in one building except water, which is right around the corner. Plus nobody is ever there.

You might be using the wrong building in Halas. In Halas, everything is in one building - a brew barrel closely flanked by the two vendors you need.

Freeport is great because the water is in another zone.

That is the reminder to rest your wrists and fingers to get a little less carpal tunnel.

When you run out of water, stretch and relax. Get your water and go again.

Hands down number 1 spot (for me) for mino brews is FV, everything except the water is in the same room, the water is not even a 4 sec run from the brew barrell.

I never once had anyone on the barrell there when I was brewing, FV is all but empty these days.

Whichever zone you choose best of luck to you and keep on clicking

              Oggok fer Mongo.

Almost everything is available in a single room (the room with Clurg, who sells the short beers), the only exception being water which is just a short walk away.

I never had any competition for the barrel, and with the PoK book in Innothule, it was easy to get back to civilization for raids on a moment's notice.

I think the best zone tends to be the zone your most familiar with. I’m usually in a hurry when I get the chance to work on trade skills and I don’t like spending half an hour searching for that one missing item I need in an unfamiliar zone. The new map system really helps, but it still takes time to become familiar with a new area.

My shaman is a 250 brewer and has his trophy, but I’m insane enough to be doing this all over again. I’ve been playing my beastlord a lot and I’ve gotten spoiled. I want to have those weight reduction bags and I want to toss my opal encrusted steins. I’m at 181 skill and about to start mino brews again.

I did my last big run in Halas. As others have said, everything you need is in one building. And if there is someone already using that brew barrel there is another one in the building directly across the way. It’s tempting to try FV this time, as the times I’ve traveled there for spells I’ve been the only person in zone. I doubt the barrel would ever be occupied. And at level 54 I doubt the spiders will bother me as I run to the city, though I still hate those things from my younger days fighting at the lake. *shudders*

Pait, I recomend FV, the barrel was never in use when i was there. The pop book is pretty close and yes the spiders wont even be a bother, in fact I farmed em for silks a couple times as there is never anyone there either.

                  Best of luck

Ak'Anon... great place.. grab two of your trader sachels and load up.. three vendors in total, two in the same room as the brew barrel and one just outside the door...

That and Ak'Anon is one of the quietest zones for player wise...

                      Halas, hands down.

Everything (including the water) is in one room. This includes the brew barrel.

If someone is using the brew barrel (highly unlikely) there is another brew barrel in the next building.

halas, you only have to move two steps in either direction to shop from the 2 vendors that are right next to the brew barrel that sell everything. and it's usully empty, and there's another brew barrel next door with a merchant that sells some of what you need, so even if there's someone there it's not bad
