In Lesser Fay you can kill the Brownie Outcasts that spawn occasionally near the Pixie Tower. They are used for the Ranger Ivy Leggings quest and drop 1 of 6 named arrows, but they ALSO drop Brownie Parts each and every time. If none are up when you visit the area, simply kill all the Pixe Tricksters and Pranksters in the area to get them to spawn (they are on the same spawn table). However, DON'T kill the Pixie Jongleurs though. They are "good" pixies and on many friendly factions. hehe

They don't drop brownies parts each and every time, many times I killed them all they had was a named arrow and a brownie leg or torso. They always drop a leg or torso (or brain) when they don't drop a brownie part, but you can't make any chocolate out of those.

They do drop brownie parts MOST of the time though, at least about 90% of the time.
