It appears that all racial meat drop in the new LoY zones. There are marauders and other mobs of each race in Gunthak (actually havnt seen a Vah shir, barb or iksar yet but the rest are there) and drop rate appears to be very good I was getting ~1 per 3 or 4 kills.
