I am looking to build a MORE COMPLEAT list of all the places to loot Racial meats. These wouldbe for example

Dwarf Meat:
Crusbone slaves

Wood Elf parts:
Crushbone slaves

High elf parts:
Crushbone slaves

etc.......

Please feel free to add any that you know of.

Anyway, do you have anything to add to the EQTraders page? Whether it is "partial" or not, you havent really provided additional info. You just said that the website is incomplete.

I can’t really help with your list, but thanks for pointing out the list of racial meats on EQTraders. I’d never looked at it before. My one suggestion is already listed there; the halfling parts on Carrion Spiders in East Karana. I have a stack of these from hunting for spider silks.

Not that the DenMother needs any more work, but one thing that would be nice to see added to that list of racial drops would be what faction, if any, is effected by killing said mob. The last paragraph at the top of the page does a good job of addressing the faction issue in general terms. But specific information would be nice to have. However, that would be a lot of work and to the best of my knowledge cannibalistic meats are not one of the more popular baking ingredients, though I could be mistaken about that. :P

My only personal experience is with the previously mentioned halfling meat. I feel sorry for the halfling population in East Karana. They must spend a great deal of time hiding under ground, for I never see them when I’m the zone. Unfortunately, judging by the stomach contents of the spiders I kill, their hiding isn’t doing them much good. But this is lucky for any chef who wishes to use halfling meat. You can kill the spiders to get halfling parts without suffering any negative faction hits. Personally, I think we should get positive faction hits with halflings for killing these giant spiders that are obviously putting a huge dent in the halfling population.

I could add any more if people want them. That list was originally compiled as a result of a thread someone had started on the old boards. We put in everything that we could think of that's reliable (always or almost always there) and relatively easy (no guildmasters deep in the cities). The aim was essentially for people that are a reliable source.

Any others that you think qualify can be added no problem

Dwarf Meats = CB slaves or killing Dwarves in Butcherblock

Wood-elf Meats = CB slaves or bandit camp in Gfay

Gnome Meats = Gnome Necros in Befallen

Dark-elf Meats = Dark elves in Najena

Halfing Meats = EK spiders

High-elf Meats = CB slaves

Those are the areas I know of, and of course killing Lockjaw in Oasis gives random racial meats

I knew there were a few racial meats on a Croc in Oasis, but I thought it was on all of them... man it's been a while .

With Paludal and 30 minutes per level from 15-24 or so, I forget the old grind places, hehe.

A couple of new items:

Once and only once, I got Human Parts from a Cutthroat Dervish in SRo. I was rather surprised, as I'd never seen Dervishes drop meat before, anywhere.

I have gotten Human Parts and Dwarf Meat from the three bandits in Highpass Hold, just outside the entrance to Highkeep proper. The meat is rather rare, and the spawn is too slow to really camp them, but I make it a point on general principals to kill the bandits every time I enter or leave Highkeep. (The first time I was going to HK, I got lost and wandered into their camp by mistake. The three bandits jumped me and creamed me in short order. Revenge is sweet. :twisted: ) The Dwarf Meat is listed; the Human Parts are not.

Dwarf - CB slaves, BB bandits, Highpass bandit, Swamp paladin (Inny swamp in front of Guk)

Wood elf - CB slaves, GF bandits, Sister Island

High elf - CB slaves, Swamp paladin (Inny swamp in front of Guk)

DE - DE necros in Befallen, the dark elves in WC, NR and CB

gnome - gnome necro in mino caves in Steamfront, gnome necros in Befallen

The long and the short of it is that if the site isn't complete, and you have information that you're not giving us that would make it more complete, you have only yourself to blame. This site is only as good as the information folks provide to it, and complaints without hard data to back them up simply waste resources that could be better spent elsewhere.

Please, if you have solid information, provide it -- don't just complain in all caps because it's not complete, as if that makes your post seem more important. If you do NOT have solid information that would add to the completeness of the site, then you have absolutely NO right to complain that the information hasn't magically appeared out of thin air.

Last night while exploring the new zones, i was able to get at least 2-3 Euridite, Troll, Iksar, Human, Dorf, and a few others i can't remember, from Gunthak (its early, can't remember if that is spelled right). Not sure what to do with some of them, i.e. the iksar, so any recipes with them is appreciated.

You can get wood elf meat in Timorous Deep off of the island full of wood elves.
