I didn't get the chance to tear up PoI for those so anyone know what tradeskill container is needed? Brew? Bowl?

Um, Ngreth, not to be picky but:

according to the glaciator recipe here, the combine for Shiny Bundle of Super Conductive Wires is done in a deluxe toolbox and is a tinkering combine? I tried it myself in a collapsed mixing bowl, brew barrell, and oven and got all DNCs.

If so, that doesn't solve the problem. That STILL requires the tinkerer (or at least a lvl 46+ gnome) to be the one looting the Bundle of Super Conductive Wires. We need to be able to farm PoI ourselves, loot the bundle ourselves, and clean it ourselves. Can you please change it to a combine in one of the non-restricted tradeskills?

Since it is a no-fail recipe, my guess is that it is not race restricted (like the grease recipe) so anyone would be able to do it.

It is race restricted sorta.

Since it is no fail, you can get away with doing it in "experiment" mode. Only tinkers will be able to learn the recipe to clean it. I think it is autolearn, but nonetheless only Gnomes will be able to use the list interface. Everyone else has to use the "experiment" interface.

I just tried it with my High Elf paladin and it did not work. I had exactly one Bundle of Super Conductive Wires and exactly one Celestial Solvent and attempted to combine them (and nothing else) in a Deluxe Toolbox. I didn't get a cannot-combine message, I didn't get a Shiny Bundle of Super Conductive Wires, literally nothing happened.

Any idea what I might have been doing wrong?

I was told by someone on the channel that tool boxes are broken for non-gnomes right now. My cleric can't do his GVD recharges either at the moment.

Correct. Broken until next patch, where non-gnomes will ahve to go get a different kit (and gnomes can make colapsible and deluxe versions of this kit)

Of course. I never do anything for the players! I am always out to make players spend huge amounts of plat (though really... *investment* is probably a strong term)

Just to confirm, this does now work with a Collapsible Gnomish Recharging Kit. (I got a Collapsed Gnomish Recharging Kit back from Caerlyna in return for a Collapsed Toolkit).

You turn in a collapsed toolkit and got a recharge kit? I will have to try this.
