The pot is not that bad to get. The rogue step requiring the soft chiten shells must be done by a kat rogue. However the later steps can be done by anyone, at least I had no issue as a half elf ranger. For the chiten shell step just make a newbie kat rogue get some shells and turn them in. Then turn in the shield. Now have your main turnin the rest of the parts to compete that phase of the quest.

The 2lb saltwater tuna however is a major pain in the neck however. With 8+ hours of fishing in I have yet to find any tuna or crab for that matter under 6lbs. Sort of hard to use a 2lb tuna when you cant find one.

Dang - I was trying to figure this out over a year ago and have most of the parts we thought might go into it:
        Spicy Tuna Salad Sandwiches
Taelosian Tuna Kabobs (oh and getting the right no drop mushroom in Dawnshroud for this is a pain too)
Pan Seared Orange Tuna (made a kitty rogue chef just to make it)
        Tuna Rice Surprise
but sigh no Chef Chowderly's Delightful Tuna Cakes because the Shissar were never nesting or just really stingy on eggs.

Anyhow - Tuna and Crab fishing results are tied to fishing skill level. My skill 200 fisher never catches anything under 6 pounds either, so I had to fish with alts to get the 1-4lb tunas.

My PC has been unable to deal with game graphics for over a month now or I would help with this. Good luck and I am jealous someone else is going to figure this out soon. -_^

I was going to post something similar to Froni yesterday until some evil ghost in the machine wiped what I typed.

Chowderly has been a Holy Grail, much like Karana's heart.fruit.salad.thingamajigie, but the Chowderly folks were far less vocal. At least four recipes were known to the tradeskill community. Despite the faction issue, many people turned in three of the four known recipes (Spicy Tuna Sunrise Steak was undiscovered at the time, I think), but no one posted about turning in the vah shir one, and after weeks of doing "/who all vah rog" I gave up trying to find a master baker as well.

Update: got the rogue to the pot part. Started fishing with my cleric with 0 skill...and with my girlfriend's help, got 13 2lb fish after about 3 hours of fishing. Succeeded on the Pan Seared Orange Tuna after 11 attempts. Turned them over to my main.

Next step is the Talosian Tuna Kabobs. Got that done. Headed to do the turnin now.

Just another FYI for you guys working on this quest. The more detailed information you can give me (such as quest text, item stats, etc) the better I can make the database information for this quest. So feel free to post as much detail as you can think of into this thread and I'll get it into the database as soon as I can.

              Thanks!

Heh, there's a reason I've been posting full quest text, right-click info, and note contents. =) I strongly urge everyone else to do the same. =)

Yeah, sorry. The recipes, btw, already exist here. Nothing new I've found up until the soy sauce mentioned above (which I'm not to, yet.) The only new items are the scrolls with the recipes written out as far as I've seen.

LOL. The two recipe notes, the Case of Dishes, and the Note to Rellix are all non-stackable. =) Recipe results should already be in the DB.

Hmmm...Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade would have been a shorter movie if he could have skipped right to the end-step...

If Indy had access to www.grailquest.com with a complete walkthrough (with pictures)... yeah.

Ok...stuck on the Taelosian Tuna A La King part...

                              Note says:
                              Talosian Tuna A La King

                              Combine in an Oven
                              One 4 lb. Saltwater Tuna
                              One Bottle of Milk
                              One Cup of Flour
                              One Phoenix Egg
                              One Mushroom
                              Spices
                              Vegetables

It's called Recipe for Taelosian Tuna A La King (yes, spelled different *IN* the recipe)

                              Right Click info:
                              The Note is rolled up.
                              LORE ITEM NO TRADE
                              WT: 0.2 Size: SMALL
                              Not Stackable

Anyway...when I attempt the combine I get a DNC. I have double and triple checked items. Each one is named EXACTLY what is calls for (except for the "One"s in the recipe.) Any ideas?

Since it's "Taelosian"...try substituting Taelosian Wheat / Mountain Wheat flour?
