Had a horrid run on Patty Melts recently (200 combines resulting in 7 skillups...INT only 175 with KEI..I have to work on that). Not a terrible rate, but this is still sub-200 mind you.
I'm just sick of running back and forth to Jaggepine. Even with PoK portals helping out it is still a boring run. I get my meats in Thurg (I should probably get 'em in SH though...shorter run I suppose).
What is up with cheese anyway, that between the entire planet, the planes, and the friggin' moon only two folks have been able to noodle out how to acquire or make it? We can make smoked shark. Cookies. Cakes. Various fish dinners. We can make salads, steaks, pasta and ten pound pies. We regularly make kabobs, filets, barbecues, and sammiches out of our neighbors and fellow man. The best of us can even put together a party platter for Bristlebane. But for some odd reason the secret of CHEESE is beyond our scope of skill or intelligence to create. Oh, MATURE cheese is doable. But plain old run-of-the-mill still in puberty cheese, is apparently too tough to handle.
Ah well. Once again, here's hoping that one of those vendors gets sick of the forest and decides to move to sunny downtown Freeport.
