Second trophy fail

Well BAH!

My First Attempt at the Artisan Seal 3 months back, for a Friend was done with Pottery Skill at 202... Worked like a charm. And she succeeded in her trophy shortly thereafter... the JC Trophy.

My First Trophy attempt same day as hers, I made my Artisan Seal, Fired it... Just fine. Tried to make the Pottery Trophy and Failed.
LOST: 2,048 Plat for Velium. 524 Plat for Rubies. - 2, 572 Plat Burned up in Kiln

My 2nd Trophy Attempt, I made about month ago. My JC Lady friend mounted the Blue Diamond, the Diamond, and the Jacinth. She failed on the Mounting of the Black Sapphire. I got another BS, and more Velium Bars, and was mounted. Made the Artisan Seal, Fired it... Just Fine. Tried to Make the Brewing Trophy, with Brewing Skill at 248... and Failed.
LOST: 2,560 Plat for Velium. 524 Plat for Rubies - 3,084 Plat and Blue Diamond for new Corking Device Fermented to useless glop.

My 3rd Trophy Attempt today. I got my JC Lady friend to make me some Champagne Magnums so I could work on Brewing up to 250. Did 5... and got 2 Skill Ups. YEAH!. I got her the Gems for Mounting and Velium Bars. All mounting worked. Went to Pottery Wheel... With Geerlock in hand... Spun the wheel and FAILED! My Pottery is at 215 Skill
LOST: 2,048 Plat for Velium, 524 Plat for Rubies - 2,572 Plat Crunched on Wheel.

The various Gems (Diamonds, Blue Diamonds, Black Sapphires, Jacinths) were all various drops and I don't count as plat lost.

Total Lost on Trophies so far: 8,228 Plat.

I am just a Casual Player, playing a Monk. I find it hard to scrounge up 1K, much less 3K per attempt. It gets ANNOYING!

I've done 7 trophy attempts total, 4 on my brewing on (which was the first one I attempted), first two attempts at that one, I blew on the last combine, and I blew the seal on the third combine for that, finally made it on the 4th try. Baking trophy took me 3 attempts, first one I blew the seal (with a pottery skill of 153 or so), and after that a friend of mine made the second and third seals for me, second attempt I failed the final combine as well, guess it was third time was the charm for baking.

Ya know, thats just as sad doing 3 or more attempts at GM trphy as that guy on Prexus who got his GM hammer with a smithing skill of 122.... FRIST **** TRY, ERGH!
