No Jewel Craft Mastery AA for Non-Enchanters?

Jewelcraft is an enchanter specific skill. Just because other classes have the option to train in it too does not change that basic fact. Jewelcraft belongs to enchanters just as much as Poison Making belongs to Rogues and Alchemy belongs to Shaman.

Vex Thal is a Magician specific zone. Just because other classes have the option to ask a magician for a wisp stone does not change that basic fact. Vex Thal belongs to magicians just as much as Plane of Knowledge belongs to chanter, cleric, and shaman bots whoring buffs.

You need an Essence Emerald too... so make VT Magician and Necromancer only.
