um, after all the derails and OTs I've thrown into threads... I hardly have any ground for complaining if one of 'mine' were to go the same route ^___^ !! As I see it, within reason, wherever the thread goes in the evolution of the conversation is just what happens. /shrug ^_^. Don't worry bout it ^_^


Since we're on the discussion of AAs... I now have two stored AAs, from the PoJ Trial and the the AD raid. Finishing a third through plain xp, which seems to go unbelievably quickly at lvl 60 on 50xp-aa, would give me enough for.... NTCM. So... given that my skilzes are listed below....

I'm thinking of doing Smithing first, since it's a) needed for AG and you never know, and b) it's closer to 200 than Tailoring, even though Tailoring is 6th Shawl. Then I'll have the AAs for a second 250, so, Brewing I think, since it's easy, I'm close to 200 anyway, and it's AG-2.

Then I'll have my Archetype AAs open... I think the buff-increasing AAs (SCR? I don't have my box right here) and Mental Clarity are enough to fulfill that level? And then... DC ^__^ and SCRM.


Meh... that sound like a decent enough path?
whee I can finally think about AAing... I feel like, whee, the huge horrible grind is over.... I need a better buffer tho, I keep undinging 60 when I die, it's awful. : P

If a group buff you cast doesn't stick to you the "Extended Duration" focus effect for that buff doesn't occur.

I have C5 on. (Duh)
I have TargetGroupBuff on. (I turned it on. I patched the SoL UI. I found it was off by default. I turned it on again.)
I target someone and cast KEI on them. (or Mass Group Buff it)
No happy useful "your blessed coldain prayer shawl sparkles" message.

I hadn't been checking but I read about it on "The Runes" (the enchanter boards) and went back, sure enough when I'd MGB KEI with C5 on myself no shawl message. Then I tested it on a random passer-by. No shawl message. (Yes, I frequently KEI people as I run past them. It sounds like a gesture of kindness. I consider it "your first taste is free, then it will cost you.")
