OMG you beat me to it! I would mez you so you'd hold still so I could kick you, except you stayed up like 3 hours later than normal grinding through a hell level with me... for me....


Ok, folks, lemme say it this way. I dinged 59 on Thursday night in an adv. Ended the night with 10xp in level. Friday was a, um, unrelated fiasco, ended with 12xp in level. Got up Saturday morning, was in Tactics with Kiz by 10. Four hours of xp (and a few deaths, thankfully the only one that was me got a rez) left me at 46xp. Veksar from... 4pm to... 6pm? Left me at 70xp. A RZtW (you have your own thread to comment on that, Noish) raid left Tactics a bad place to xp... at the suggestion of the backflag channel, we headed to Crypt of Decay. Yes, the xp in there kicks all kinds of booty. No, it's not easy for an SK/Shm duo to fight in there; everything is unbelievably DR. No Zev's Bite, no Virulent Paralysis. And I was crowd control : P with my leet Rapture spell.

Throw in a druid, 65enc, and clr from Kiz's guild, mix in some unknowingly-see-invis mobs, and... Lord only /knows/ how no one managed to pull alll their hair out. Finally we just calmly got everything down pat... it's 10pm, I have 14xp left to ding, and the scroll in my Fletching kit, staring at me.... Found a safe spot and started pulling mobs. Kill, kill, kill OMG SNARE RESISTED ROOT IT wheeeeee kill, kill, kill.

And then Noishpa proceeded to make himself into a very malicious halfling while I was trying to hawk my precioussss Kei in front of main bank. Forced me to turn myself into an Ogre so he couldn't sit on top of me. He repaid himself in the end tho, by offering to hawk po9 with my kei... but by that time no one seemed to want.

At 12:30 am I closed down and went to sleep, quite exhausted. I woke up with my eyes still registering the little screenshake that happens when you're attacking... whee I have respect for melees who fight in the first person.

I got a PoJ trial in this morning (shhh don't tell Quarchan, I would have been over to his place at 11 instead of 1), so that + latent AD flag + massive confusion about whom to hail and tell stories and unlock stuff and guide some meditation = HoH access. Whee.

I feel.... uber. I really do. That sort of feeling when you never thought you'd be here but you are and you don't feel massively different but you kinda do. Well ok, I feel mostly uber ^___^ still got another 5 lvls and 72AA before Ten's guild : P.

Just... whee..........

Yeah, 2 more levels of LR, then I can do CA2 and 3, ND3, maybe even finish off SA and then start on harm touch AAs. Assuming I'm still in game then, I can only hope that the OoW AAs are as useless as the GoD ones.

Gah. Completely off topic (and sorry to derail your thread, Sanna!), but get CA before LR. LR is either 1%, 1.5%, or 2% chance of avoidance for 3AA spent per level (depending on who you ask; I can't log in to check the official game description now). CA2 is an extra 3% chance of avoidance for 4AA, and CA3 is an additional 5% chance of avoidavce for 6AA. Much better bang for your buck.
