    Lol, Grimina!

    Same thing for me.

Two days ago, Journal of Aatalltltlalalaltltlaa. 41pp on a vendor.

I already had one in my bank forthe oracle quest, so I had to run to a bank, put it in the shared slot and run back to the vendor. Luckily, no one else grabbed it before I got back.

It sold for 30k about 20 seconds after I logged my trader on.

The thing i was the happiest for finding was 15 stacks (and a few extra) of spider silk. I have to admit, I actually stood up and did a little dance.

Until last night my best finds where an acid scarred chain tunic off the merchant above the newb lift in kelethin for 2k and a featherwood bow staff in Thurg. Last night I hit the jackpot. 1 liquified earth, 2 chips of granite, 5 chunks of windmetal, a gaseous condensate, and a phoenix egg. All off the same merchant in pok. Then I found a 3rd chip on the EF magus. I got so excited I didnt even pay attention to how much I payed for each (but it cost me less than 500p for all of it). So now I have to decide what to do with it all. Do I sell the as is or make some other subcombine items and sell those. I can make a liquid stone temper (found earth mephit blood on PoT a few weeks ago) and sell it but not sure what I could get for it. I can also make some wind metal cams and sell those. Its alot of fun pondering the possibilites.

Back when I was around around lvl 50 there were some velium encrusted gauntlets selling for 15k. I had never seen these gauntlets before then so I thought to myself "I have 8k in the bank, just gotta save up enough for them". I then started chatting to a friend about stuff in bazaar and I told him "I'm looking at these gloves for my hands..but don't have enough to buy them yet" and showed him the link. He says "well don't pay more than 100k for them". (I don't know what I was thinking at this point-->) I then said "oh well they're going for 15k right now. He says "brb".

My friend was a proud owner of the Velium Encrusted Gauntlets and I am still looking for an upgrade for my hands. *sigh*

        Friends....ya...if you say so

My one and only killer vendor dive:

9 1/2 stacks of Crystalline Silk
              Inyidd Bullneck - Dorf Waryer - Morell-Thule

I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every last second of it!

I tend to vendor dive a lot. A couple weeks ago i got 2 obsidianwood saps off a vendor, and promptly stowed them away on my ts mule. Last week, i noticed a guy offering 20k a pop for them, but rather than take plat, i got some of the stonewood saps he'd had up forever in trade.... from which i made 2 more pieces of stonewood silk for myself. Not bad for 24pp (cost from vendor) in obsidianwood saps.

Vendor diving is fun, and if you do it regularly, you'll come up with all sorts of things you can use.. or, that can fill up a mule... or two mules...

I vendor dive... usually twice a day. I havent run across anything insanely huge like an ornate pattern or elemetal TS'ed item, but i have so much tradeskill stuff stored away on mules its not funny.
Unfortunately theres no market for em on test, so i just keep it all until i get that magic missing ingredient to make something cool on my own. Ive made about 10 Electrified Earring of Tempests recently all from stuff found on merchants.
Oh, found 5 stacks of imbued emeralds the other day. whee! Dont have to hassle a druid to make any for a while. =)

                      Best vendor dive

Was buying shurikens off one of the vendors at the monk guild in Cab and the vendor offered to sell me what appeared ot eb a druid spell that I had never heard of. Well I bought it for something like 2gp and turned around and sold it for 14kpp. Not too bad for a days work LOL.

I actually made a thread about this but my best vendor dive was getting my ornate helm mold for one copper

                        I am wearing it now

Hmmm.. Last night was a good one, but not the best. I got just over 6 stacks of CEs from a npc in Thurgadin at a little more than 5 gold a piece. I also picked up some Jord and Boar meat too.

My best dive to date is a fleeting quiver for 76pp...somewhere a ranger is curled in a fetal ball crying.

120 sea food salads for 1 sp each fed my twinks for a LONG time.

A good one was 17 opal encrusted stiens for 7pp each in PoK.

Luckiest dive...the Magus in South Ro...had 43 goblin bones, 11 sand verbana and 6 amethyst all for 11 pp each

Pst...want a secret?...use the adventures stone to go from Magus to Magus as a shopping loop for Ldon tradeskill items.
( I know that seems obvious but I see people going to the camps...back to PoK...down to the next camp...etc etc )
Start In Pok, PoK book to Everfrost (Halas book), North Ro, South Ro, East Commonlands, Nedaria's Landing (lots of skins here usually), Butcherblock and take the book back to PoK.

                            Have Fun !!!

nothing major but I got 11 blue diamonds off a vendor last night. Thats 11 BDs cheaper than the insane bazaar price!
