EQ Item/Data manager?

Someone had an item/data manager linked from this forum a while back. Now I can't find the link any more. It would keep track on keys, quests, spells and such, and it was hugely helpful!
Would anyone be able to help me with a link to where it can be downloaded again, please?

It was something else, that looked at your log file, and the outputfiles from inventory and spell book. Was very handy.
