A few days ago, I finally broke down and bought a new video card, ATI's All-In-Wonder 9600, after having for years my old 3Dfx VooDoo 5500. However, now when I log into EQ, it tells me that I need different drivers. I've been all over ATI's site, and I can not, for the life of me find them.
Even with the message, however, I can still log in, though after a while, my system locks up.
I do admit, that my knowledge of computers when it comes to hardware and drivers is rather limited, so if anyone could possible point me in the right direction, I would be so grateful. Thank you.
Below is an exact quote of the message that pops up:
"You currently have a ALL-IN-WONDER 9600 Series (4.14.1.227) video card installed. We recommend that you download version 6430 drivers before playing EverQuest. You can pick up these drivers at http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html"
