    New expansion

    Improved Graphics - New zones with detailed environments featuring enhanced graphical elements, including spell effects and creatures to fight.

    Level Cap Increase - Develop your character beyond level 65!

    Epic Weapons 2.0 - Specialized, hand-tailored Epic Weapons if you Complete one of any 16 high-level epic quests.

    Guild Tribute System - Enhanced tribute system allows you to turn your loot into favor points for your whole guild to enjoy.

    Low Level Task System - Request quick and easy tasks to gain experience and collect cool loot.

    Custom PC Titles - Exciting new Custom PC Titles for your characters. Do a variety of missions and get bestowed a title added to your character's name.

    All-New Content - New disciplines, AA's, items, spells, quests and tradeskills continue to make EverQuest the most-compelling and persistent online world ever created.

    Hmmm... the last section "All-New Content" said "tradeskills" not "tradeskill recipes". I wonder if they are planning to introduce any new tradeskills?

      New levels, AA, tradeskilling stuff, custom titles, Epic 2.0, and low level "Level up" quests?

      This sounds promising, if it's released in working order.

          Improved Graphics - New zones with detailed environments featuring enhanced graphical elements, including spell effects and creatures to fight.

          Impoved mob defenses - Watch them bounce in and out of the ground making it impossible for you to attack or cast on them.

          Level Cap Increase - Develop your character beyond level 65!

          New sticky points - Like the venus flytraps, get too close these flags, poles, tapestries, and doorways and you'll glue to them and be stuck there till a fellow adventurer comes to rescue you or a mob comes to kill you.

          Epic Weapons 2.0 - Specialized, hand-tailored Epic Weapons if you Complete one of any 16 high-level epic quests.

          New zone freeze frame feature - The game automatically senses when you want to freeze the frame/graphics you're seeing perminantly (or at least till you reboot). This has already been beta tested extensively through the Plane of Knowledge.

          Guild Tribute System - Enhanced tribute system allows you to turn your loot into favor points for your whole guild to enjoy.

          Low Level Task System - Request quick and easy tasks to gain experience and collect cool loot.

          Custom PC Titles - Exciting new Custom PC Titles for your characters. Do a variety of missions and get bestowed a title added to your character's name.

            Fix the old stuff for once without doing so with a price tag attached !

            Half this stuff should be aftersales fixes for GoD IMO.

            and level 70? 75? this and the Epic are almost pure sales gimmics of the expansion - if you in a high end guild you are gonna have to buy this expansion to keep up!

            and TBH i think most people have had enough of this type of thing - people are quitting in their droves atm.

              I'm sorry but could you point out which bit of that press release should have been a bug fix for GoD (Or anything else) ?

              Improved Graphics - This is talking about NEW zones
              Level Cap Increase - This is obviously a NEW feature
              Epic Weapons 2.0 - This is NEW content
              Guild Tribute System - This is a NEW addtion to a GoD feature
              Low Level Task System - This is NEW content
              Custom PC Titles - This is a NEW feature / content
              All-New Content - Err this is like err NEW Content.

              So which one is an "aftersales fixes for GoD", in fact which 3 are ?

              You know what you can do with bashing :-P

              And if you want to leave so bad ...

              Well I will let you figure it out.

              To me this all sounds great. It's all new stuff. I'm a little dissapointed that they are rasing the level cap again considering that I only just hit 51, but I guess that all it means is now it will take me till 2020 to get to the top level rather than 2010 :-)

                  Bah, but GoDs suck, especially Tunare, what a beast she is. All I did was zone in and skin a few bears! I even sold the skins so that Tunare followers could further their smithing careers. What did she do? Sent her goons after me!! Ornery wench.

                  And Bertox...that is a whole other story...this one time in Crypt of Decay....

                      Yeah, I know this thread was first...

                      But people seem to want to make it a primal scream (though OOC is normally close enough) but I jsut want one thread on this, so pushing further conversation to the primal scream thread and closing this one.
