    I'm a Homeowner!

    Well, ok, I close on Dec 12th, but I'm still so excited! It's a townhome, which is what I wanted due to a bum foot and the lack of desire to mow/shovel and maintain a yard due to my single status.

    - 2 car attached garage
    - full finished basement (room for 2br, plumbed 3/4 bath)
    - 2 br (master on main, lg room upstairs will be guest)
    - 2 full bath
    - 10 foot ceilings
    - brand new construction
    - walk in closets in both br
    - laundry on first floor

      Congrats!!

      Last December 3rd, my boyfriend and I closed on our first house too! We're still excited a year later

                  ... meanwhile I live in a 10-12 cinderblock-wall cell, i mean dorm room. /cry. Wouldn't be so bad if they gave us MORE THAN THREE SHELVES! AAAAAAAAA. Not to mention a desk-space that I could fit more than 60pct of my keyboard on.

                              Congratulations, me too!

                              I refused to say anything until I closed, and I got the call about an hour ago, I move in 2 days.

                              Now, how do I pack with 2 kids intent on removing anything I place in a box? Ahhh, I see a couple of late nights ahead.
