Copied all these quest details to the quest writeup, which is not yet available. (You half elves did a great job, here, btw.) I'll keep this thread here until that writeup is viewable.

Can anyone confirm whether you get directed to a particular city or if you can start in any of the half elf cities? We seem to have two conflicting reports on that here.

Also, I need the name, location, and how-to-find-them details for the quest giver in Kelethin. (Also, is there one for Freeport? Surefall?)

sactum grimlings are fond by clicking the statue and going into the inner area where the cells are many there and not bad exp for level 60 also many luclin shards drop there drk blue and lt blue to level 70

Not sure if this helps but I am a Half Elven Druid of Tunare. I was able to hail and get the quests from Vor in Qeynos. Currently working on the willow wisp part.

It appears that the one tradeskill quest person in West Freeport is a human female (FINDable), and therefore is NOT for Half Elf quests. There are no tradeskill quest people in either North or East Freeport.

So, looks like Freeport is right out for Half Elven cultural, even if you set it as your home city.

There are no findable Tradeskill Quest givers in Surefall Glade. I also did not see any new NPCs on track - I don't believe this city is an option for cultural quests, even if it is your home city.

I was not directed to either Kelethin or Qeynos, but the quest givers there both gave me quests with no problem.
