You are right, only can raise skill post 50 at level 16.

And yes, you can get 250 at 16. I have a lvl 16 gnome cleric tinkerbot thats 250+geerlok. Thats all she does, is tinker. =)Comment

Ditto...Trinkets was 16 when he hit 250
He's now gained a few more levels though, lol.
