Heh I Just hit combine iiin my toolbox to recharge my Clockwork Shadowwalker Gloves in my toolbox with a class 5 mana battery

immagine my suprise when the combine was successful BUT..

It became a Clockwork Watchman Helm ( something worse and something I cant wear )

/bug 'ed it /reported it, spoke to a guide about it..

Well one of the more amusing bugs I've seen, hehe... but not as good as the one (now fixed) that caused you to zone into Akanon when attempting to enter the Qeynos sewers...

Had the same thing happen to me, except it was with a Clockwork Observer Breastplate.

Tried to recharge, gave the success message, ended up with regular Clockwork Watchman Gauntlets.

Immediately petitioned, regular guide told me had to be escalated to a GM.
Came back on the next day, spoke with a GM for over an hour. He told me that I never had the item to begin with, wasn't on any of my logs or whatever records they keep. We finally figured out that the item # for the Clockwork Observer Breastplate was the same as the Gauntlets, that's why they changed when combined, and it wasn't showing any record that I had the BP. He finally reimbursed me and told me not to recharge until they fix it in upcoming patches. Works fine now though, happy about that.
