  • Crickets...a gnome's favorite food?

    Hi all,

Wow, I can hear the crickets chirping in here!

Just was checking back in after a while away from EQ.

Tinkering was one of the funnest things I did during my time in EQ.

People still doing it? Is it still useful in the current EQ?

    Hope everyone is well.

Twelve slots of my bazaar trader's inventory are occupied by tinkered items and there is slow but steady turn-over.

Cousincousincousincousincousin! There's AWESOME clicky tinkertoys nownow can get a ZOMM MODEL GNOMIEWORK (zee not zed) is very useful 'cept one time I kinda brought a whole cavern of burynai down on my raid's head 'cause I haven't got the trick of disengagin' the oculars fast enough*, an' there's a GNOMIEWORK SUIT you can wear an' is NOT "gnome boiled in the can" like the warrior said it was, an' there's a superduper gnomie homin' rocket but I haven't got one yet 'cause the Ak'Anon space defense program is still in testin' stages an' their targeting is SUPER accurate but their threat recognition systems are a lil' skewed (oo that reminds me gotta brief the border guards 'bout the scary new attack strategy "peer over the battlements"--evil human necro did it!) an' some people still want automated amalgamators even though they're not willin' to pay anything near like a fair price although that could just be Antonius Bayle.

*The monks would very much like to know how I re-engaged the old trick of pulling through an Eye of Zomm. Still working on figuring out how that happened. Research currently focused on the everlasting buggy qualities of curved walls.
