Anyone have the ingredients for this? I am a tinkerer and a fletcher and want to make a Primordial Driftwood Compound Bow but can't find how to make the cams.

However, that page is still a little vague and hasn't been updated with a few of the specific names, since it was put up very early on. All the planar cam recipes are of the type: Gears + Bolts + jar of clockwork grease.

Therefore, e'cian ice bolts + e'cian ice gears + jar of clockwork grease = e'cian ice bow cam. Trivial past 216.

Actually, bolts and gears are combined to form cams from PoI, because PoI does not have a 'metal' drop. E'ciin ice is a smithable metal, and when combined in a forge with a cam mold, should give you a set of cams for the bow combine. Its just that each cam, from each plane, requires a combine before they become useable, so that nothing drops plain old 'bow cams' as a loot. The deal is you are supposed to fabricate the bows from the naturally occuring materials found from the plane. innovative cams have to be built (in the spirit of the tinkering plane) and the elemental once have to be shaped and molded from the raw essence of the plane in question.

Yep, and if you click the link I included up there, it'll tell you that the ice gears and bolts are produced from a smithing combine and provide a handy-dandy link to the PoP smithing page.

Unless the information I'm getting from this site is wrong, the smithing combine produces a gear and a bolts from the metal and the cam parts mold. I haven't personally done this combine.

Can confirm that...

Found some Immaculate Steel on a vendor today...

Immaculate Steel + File + Cam Mold yields 1 Planar Steel Bolt and 1 Planar Steel Gears. Smithing, Trivial to me, failed 1 of 4.

These two parts, the Bolts and Gears, combined with a Jar of Clockwork Grease, yield a Planar Steel Bow Cam. Tinkering, not trivial to me Succeeded 3 of 3.
