Was working on trying to make one of these today, and realized when trying to hand parts off to my tinker that the Faceted Blue Diamonds required according to the book are flagged as No Trade. These were originally used in the JC part of Aid Grimel. I wonder if this was intentional. ATM I would need to work up JC to 220 on my tinker to be able to have him make them.
This is a known issue and Ngreth is looking into it.
Most likely solution is the task will change to require Mounted Blue Diamonds instead of the Faceted ones.
