Friend was hunting in Mech Guardian yesterday and got an Intricate Titanium Gears to drop. In the past, this had just been a vendor fodder. Today it was flagged, used in tradeskills.

I do not know have any info on the beta attempts as I did not get time to get to tinkering. I would check around PoK for books for more information.

Also, Titanium Gears used to be vendor fodder is now flagged as used in tradeskills.

Also found a Cut Diamond Gear is tradeskill flagged. Odds are these drops from SoF robots are going to be used in the new recipes.

There are a couple of tinkering recipes posted in the SoD Data Forums. My gnome made Gnomish Escape Rocket Fuel and a Gnomish Escape Rocket.

The rocket only has 1 charge on it, and is not rechargeable. =(

I heard there was also, a tinkered clockwork illusion item. So, anyone wanna give up the recipe for that?

I posted the recipe and subcombines in the SoD Data thread for the gnomework clicky.

Also the location for books that have the recipes, too. They're on the gnomes in PoK.

It's rechargeable ... but the recast is way too long, I think. Twice the duration of the illusion.

it is rechargeable. Just not with a battery... What would you recharge a rocket with?

It's part of the combine process for the clicky. Once you make all five individual body pieces, you combine them with 5 clockwork gnome bolts to create the Framework for use in final combine.

All the recipes for making the suit are given in the books sold by PoK tink vendors.

Doh, thanks much. For some strange reason I thought the SoD page was a single page until you posted this. I went back and sure enough the recipe was there. I gathered the items last night and I hope to try for combine tonight. Thanks again.

I just made both items tonight. I would like to note that the buff from the Gnomework Survival Suit is a flat 30 minutes & apparently does not allow for extra time from Spell Casting Reinforcement/Mastery. Also in the Guild Hall, the buff timer was not suspended.

As for the Rocket, that was hilarious. I wanted to test if the rocket fuel was used to recharge the rocket (which it is, btw), so . . . I tested the rocket.

I was in the mana battery vendor room in PoK when I clicked the rocket and, well . . . let's just say I hit my head, HARD on the ceiling. If you use the rocket, use it outdoors :P

assuming the beta testing was accurate, you use a rocket fuel to recharge the rocket. it's the same fuel you used to create the rocket.

Effects: The rocket ports you to just outside Ak'Anon. Just be outside when you use it, or you will hit the roof of whereever you are and not zone to Steamfont.

The suit: clicky clockwork illusion with a small rune effect. The recast is approx 2x the spell duration and the illusion does fade once you've taken enough damage to remove the rune portion of the effect (i think).

The bracelet: I haven't a clue what effect this has, as it only gave an error in Beta. I was told there were casting restrictions to keep the use from being exploited on raids. If i make one and it works, I'll update this. Note: the bracelet has a lvl 81 req to equip and does not show stats until you wear it.

It was broken in beta. I did not get to fix it until late beta.

It works now
