Will there be an upgrades to the mechanoinstructions used in the AAAA combines or will focus effects be adjusted based on which AAAA is used?

Since the final focus effect is actually on the aug that is created using the mechanoinstructions, the focus effects will be based on whatever type of aug you are making. since the different aug's require different A?AA, I'd say the answer to your question is yes.

You want a Serpent or Sunshard seal, you need to loot the appropriate piece in a raid.
