I recently Took up Tinkering to help Aide in makig AAAA's, I'm looking for a route to skill up ( price doesnt matter) that will allow me to not have to farm much or at all. any such way?

Almost everything for tinkering involves farming for one or more of the components.

Here is one that goes to 135, which can be purchased from vendors (requires some subcomines, but all items can be purchased from vendors).

This ones goes to 202 and is also vendor only items, but no subcombines.

I did a quick scan, but didn't see (and don't recall) any higher trivial levels with vendor only components.

Higher than that you need farmed components to take you all the way to 300. Many times you can purchase some or all of the components in the bazaar.

If price is really no barrier, then once you have reached 200 with the vendor route, switching to Masters armor (requires a small quest for the patterns) will allow you to buy up small bricks of Yttrium as these are dumped over the next few weeks as they will soon be obsolete for these recipes. Bazaar pricing should be falling steadily, but be sure you use them up as soon as you purchase them and keep your eyes on announcements for new cultural recipes.

You can supplement your Yttrium purchases with Sunshard Pebbles and Sunshard Ore. Depending on your server, you can buy these in small quantites in the bazaar and when you have enough for a tradeskill run, have at it.

Depending on your monetary capacity, you can probably start making the boxes any time after 250 if failures are of limited concern. You should probably stockpile ingredients as you shop in the bazaar for these attempts.

You should probably aim to have close to 2 million plat if you attempt this route (based purely on gut feel and some hands on experience of these recipes) and your timeframe is limited only by how active the marketplace is for the above ingredients.
