  • Collasable Gnomish Recharge Kit

    Recipe:

    1 Contraption parts
    1 Coiled Spring
    1 Metal Bits
    1 Small Brick of High Quality Ore
    1 Toolbox mold
    1 water flask

    Trivial is 248

    I did the combines in a collapsed toolkit. Result is NOT lore.

    where did you find the recipe? I'm wondering about that deluxe version mentioned in the patch

    - Non-gnomes will now need to use a gnomish recharging kit in order to recharge gnomish devices. Gnomes will be able to make collapsible and deluxe gnomish recharging kits as well.

      I just noted in update submissions inclusion of a book called Making of Gnomish Recharging Kits on Tabben Bromal in PoK.

        Could you please point out some of the other recharge kit recipes?

          The recipe for the Deluxe Gnomish Recharging Kit includes:
          • metal bits
          • large brick of medium quality ore
          • large container base mold
          • large container lid mold
          • flask of water
          • contraption parts
          I just made one to confirm the recipe found in the book sold by Tabben Bromal in PoK. Also, I did confirm that Caerlyna, the friendly "Bag to Token Trades" barbarian woman in the middle of the Bazaar will convert them to tokens and back for you.

          It's a 10-slot, 0% weight reduction, giant capacity, combine container that weighs 3.0. In effect it is pretty much the same as the item summoned by the collapsible version.

          The differences between the two include:

          The collapsible version requires farmed components, but the deluxe model is made entirely with merchant stocked items.

          The trivials (sorry, the "difficulty levels" ) for them are:
          • the deluxe model ==> 100
          • collapsible model ==> 248
          Hope that helps.

          Oh, by the way, I just submitted the recipe in the database submissions section.

            Two things make this very nice for the up-and-coming tinker:
            1. Unlike other collapsed containers, it's not lore, so you can actually stock more than one for sale.
            2. If you do choose to just dump them on a vendor, you will get most of your money back from the vendor sold parts.
