tinkering cap at level 16?

can anyone verify if the tinkering cap is 300 at level 16?

i seem to be stuck at 241 skill and am exceeding 100+ combines without a skill up. wanted to make sure skill cap is not 15*level + 1.

As far as any player knows, yes, once a gnome reaches level 16 and can train tinkering, they can skill up all the way to the cap of 300.

That formula of yours is wrong anyways, previously the cap would have been closer to 5*level, so at level 16 it would have been 80.

Tinkering was never level capped. It's always been wait till 16 then shoot to the top. (Well OK, more like wait till 16, shoot up awhile then sputter and die when you run out of money...)

Master and Grandmaster level DoN cultural do get a bonus chance to skillup, and no, it's not broken as far as we know.

I can personally confirm a lvl 16 gnome can have 300 tinkering . Only took me about 6 months after creation too.
