Journeyman Mechanist Trophy

Well, I finished the Journeyman Mechanist Trophy today. It was really pretty simple, the most challenging ingredient for me to get was the Severed Feran Tentacle for the Boot Gasket which is used in the Collapsed Distillery.

Here is what is needed:

1) 1 Gnomish Compass
2) 1 Mana Battery - Class One
3) 4 Stalking Probes
4) 2 Aqualungs
5) 1 Base Prototype
6) 1 Corking Device
7) 1 Happy Dragon
8) 1 Meteorogical Rocket
9) 2 Nantik's Anti-Gravity Devices
10) 1 Collpased Distillery

I'd say the total cost of completing this was about 3000pp, as I paid 2000pp for the stupid Severed Feran Tenticle =( Oh well, better than going to try to farm it.

Mine cost me about 1600pp in the end. I was lucky to vendor farm the feran tentcle for 170 pp or so. The saltpeter cost me a little dear.

Would you say that vendor purchases are about 1200?

I'd say the bulk of the vendor purchase costs come with making the 2 aqua lungs. I should have tracked it better, but didn't think to until too late.

1500p for a single ready made boot gasket in the Baz from a fellow gnome. I had NEVER seen one before even though I chked there alot when the recipies 1st came out.

Thankfully, I have a small stockpile of POI drops from making shopping trips that saved me ALOT of grief.

And that will prob be the one and only collapsed distillery I ever make.

so I finished mine this morning, I am on fennin bob, some real nice trader in the bazaar is selling the tenticals for an amazing price of 20k each and has 3, needless to say I sent him a tell telling him he is a jerk, I paid my 8k for one and tada all done. I have both GM and the journeyman so happy dance time

After 2 days of auctioning to buy a tentacle for 1k, I finally got a guy to sell me one. And, of course, I failed that final trivial combine - **** RNG. 2 more days of auctioning I got a tell from another guy who said that for 1k he'll give me all 3 tentacles he had. There are nice people out there, apparently.

Of course, since I had 2 extra tentacles I succeded on the first try -) Gratz me on the Trophy!
