Secondary lvl reqmnt?

Hello,

First time poster and fairly new to tinkering.

I have a lvl 16 Gnome who seems to be stuck at 200. I know there is a lvl 16 requirement to skillup beyond 50 and don't see anything anywhere about a lvl requirement to skillup beyond 200 but would like confirmation of this.

So, is there a secondary lvl requirement to skillup beyond 200 in tinkering?

My gnome went over 250 at level 20, though if I had started tinkering earlier I'm sure she would have gone over sooner.

I also wondered about this level requirement, as I have a 55 gnome who has 264 tinkering and he had not gotten a single skillup after 64 combine attempts doing molten metal bow cams. I'm hesitant to even do more combines with him since the ingredients are not easy to come by, at least until I get him another level. Can anyone confirm if I need to level him up more or did he just have a bad run of combine attempts?

I'll confirm it was a bad run, as my level 48 is at 269 right now in tinkering. You can indeed go all of the way up to 300 after you hit level 16.
