Gnome tinkering skill cap?

I can't find much comprehensive info on this. But from what I can find, Gnomes from lvel 1 to 15 starts at 50 and are capped at 50. But hit 16 and there's no limit all the way to 300 right?

I believe that is correct, but I can't confirm because I am lvl 66 and only 214 skill

This is not.

Remember that 200 is the limit if you have any other tradeskill above 200 without Taanan AAs.

Tinkering is a racial tradeskill, therefore not limited by the tradeskill cap. The "one tradeskill above 200" cap only applies to general tradeskills(baking, brewing, fletching, JC, pottery, smithing, and tailoring). Racial and class based tradeskills(tinkering, poison making, spell research, and alchemy) are exempt from the one limit. Thus, there are only 6 ranks of the Taanan tradeskill mastery, as there are only 7 general tradeskills; however, most gnomes (INT casters and rogues) can master 9 tradeskills if they so wish.
