High Elf tinkering

Somehow I was able to train Tinkering. Not sure if I can raise it, but my skills list now shows Tinkering 20.

Seriously though, did you bug this in game? There's been a couple times in the past where people were able to train tinkering, but they've gone back to fix it later. Wonder if the bug cropped up as a result of the DoDH release?

However you can't do any combines even if you have some skill:-P
