Raw infused dark matter

Where does this stuff come from? Is to sold, mob dropped, quest reward? There is no information anywhere about the stuff.

It drops from mobs in GoD, in zones from Kod Taz and above as I recall. I get a decent amount from the vendors in natimbi, but not a huge amount.
