Well things are a bit more dangerous now hunting here.
There were always the three Priests to contend with pathing along with the panthers, those you could at least avoid if you used sound.
Then there was the recent addition of the bard epic giants, the messengers and heralds. Much nastier.
Now there's a new mob, "a shadowed ambusher". Similar to the giant messengers and heralds in hps and damage output but practically impossible to see. It's just a floating scythe that spawns and despawns. Quite a nasty little surprise. Some trivia from me: the fauns will attack it, at least the outcast ones, and it takes little if any time to respawn. Once the Fv quests are completed on a server it'll no longer be a problem but in the meantime stay alert gnomies!
This place has always been a bit of a challenge for the appropriate level player, now it's insanely risky. As a level 65 enchanter I'm ok here and can kill the giants and the ambusher. Heck I can even get decent experience when the panthers, sifaye, holgresh, mercenaries, and level 40ish druids getting eaten bore me.
