Erudite tinkering?

Since when can Erudites to train in tinkering? Because just noticed. I was bored in PoK, waiting rez, so i went to Guildmaster and ...

It's a bug, happened with Beastlords a while back. /bug it.

My halfling cleric also trained up to 20 in tinkering.

I'm wondering if this was actually added on purpose. Several months ago, my cleric needed some Firewater to brew some Metallic Tempers. I didn't feel like camping and logging on my gnome to make some. Since the trivial is 17 and the ingredients are near the PoK halfling bank, he decided to make the firewater himself. But he couldn't do it -- he kept getting the "you can't combine these ingredients in this container" message.

So maybe people can train up to 20 to be allowed to make simple tinkering combinations for recharging items, etc.?
