Brekkee - *Peppercorn* Tinkering seems to have been left out in GoD as there werent any recipes. Will there be more tinkering recipes added in OOW for us gnomes?

Due to the NDA (nondisclosure agreement) that testers have to agree to, recipes won't be available until launch on Tuesday, I fear.

Well it can only be one of two things:
1) Tinkered Ice Cream
or
2) Tinkered Ice Cream Makers

Given Niami's article mentions "Adventurers take breaks from various missions to make some ice cream", my money is on a Tinkered Ice Cream Maker, something like an Anizok Gauze Press but which gives out ice cream.

My biggest interest is whether the ice cream has stats (+10 to fire resist?) or wether it is just fluff.

The recipe is only half the battle, actually having the items for the combine ingame is the real challenge.

Brenlo said 'Tinkering has not been left out' when replying to the question about GoD, not OoW. So the inference is that theres an ice cream maker in GoD. Theres no recepie in game to be found however, so it may as well have been left out.

No in-game references to missing tradeskilled items makes baby Tunare cry.

(It also makes for more innane situations and ill tempers like the stupid Brodders Revenge fiaso, but thats for the Primal Scream room).

I can see how the quoted comment in the first post could be read to apply to either GoD or OOW. However, if you take the above comment and combine it with this comment from the eqtraders main site regarding OOW:

Sorry, folks, you won't actually get to see those recipes until the expansion is launched next week, but there are goodies for pretty much everyone. I'm still trying to decide if I'm more excited about fluff like ice cream floats, or about player-crafted augments ... but you know how we halflings love our food and drink! {wink}

you can see that it does actually refer to tinkering in OOW.
