Has anyone purchased from Nitram Anizok in PoI since the last patch?
I believe he is currently trapped underneath his house, and he isn't interesting in selling to me.

Three different days I have tried to visit our friend Nitram Anizok. I need steel casing! But Nitram is not home.
I suspect this is a DX9 issue, as other NPCs around Norrath are under the world (Soulbinder in PoT comes to mind). With my ranger, I can see him tracking to his normal spot in the house. /target Nitram gets him targeted. So I right click. Nothing. Then I hit 'U'. Nothing.
Snare. Now I've got his attention! Ok he's hitting me now. Run away! Nitram Anizok says 'You will not evade me, Trajor!' Oh look, I'm under the house, and so is Nitram! Quick, cleric Atone. Atone. Atone. Atone. Ok finally he forgets about me. Time to shop! Nope! Nitram Anizok says, 'Can't you see I'm in the middle of something here?'
So I killed him. I checked the next day and he respawned under the house again.
Please SoE, send Nitram home.
