I did the Tinkering Quest with Skelontorim and got the Dark Matter reciepe in my List after zoning.
If you did not the Quest, you can hand him the raw dark matter and he gives you 2 Dark Matter. Then give one Dark Matter to the female Tinkermerchant and she gives you 2 things to combine. Thats an other way to get the 'faction' with the Tinkermerchants.
If you did the newbiequest, they say you did enougth for them.
1 'raw Dark matter' combined in Toolbox yield 2 'Dark Matter'.
1 'Dark Matter' and 1 'Small Battery Casing 1 pack of 5' yield 5 'Class One Mana Battery'.
1 'Dark Matter' and 1 'Battery Casing 5' yield 1 'Class Five Mana Battery'.
