Tinkered Catapults?

today I caped at 102 making Stalking Probes and i wanted to jump to making Tinkered Catapults so I combined

1 Shaped Ashwood Recurve Bow
1 Sprockets
1 Gears
1 Metal Twine
and
1 Firewater

in a delux tool box and it said items could not be combined...?

is there a reason i can't make them triv says 135

Make sure the bow was made using HEMP string, not silk.

The bows are named the same with different dmg/dly.

You can re-string bows by combining the bow with the appropriate string in a fletching kit.
